Membership
All memberships include use of Sauna, Spa, Group Fitness Classes*, Weight and Cardio Equipment as well as Squash Court Hire and Indoor Rock Climbing Wall. To help get you started we offer a FREE personalised program with 3, 6 and 12 month + Memberships.
Everyone is required to fill out a Preactivity before you join or train for the first time, this is so we have a brief history of any injuries, illness or personal goals you may have. A copy of our Preactivity is available for you to print out so you can bring it along with you and get started straight away.

24 Hour Access Tokens
Northy Gym is a 24hr Gym. If you wish to train outside the staffed hours you will be required to purchase an Access Token for $50.00. These tokens will only allow Members access outside our opening hours. Tokens are non refundable and can be reactivated on your next visit.
Weekly Holiday Pass
If you are on holidays or on a Business Trip, we can allow you access if you purchase our Weekly Holiday Pass. This will allow you to be a temporary member and with a $40.00 Access Token to use during your stay.
